At Horze, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized items and certain safety equipment are final sale to ensure the highest quality standards for our community.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account portal and select the items from your order history that you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.

Pack Your Gear

Place the unused items, including all original tags and protective plastic, into a sturdy shipping box along with your printed return slip.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
